Christopher
D. Heyn serves as managing principal of the Atlanta office of
Highland Capital Brokerage. Mr. Heyn entered the insurance industry in 1972 in the Property and
Casualty agency business.
As a partner in the firm C. W. Heyn and Associates, he
gravitated toward the life insurance field.
In 1980 he became a full time career agent with
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.
In 1992, Mr. Heyn entered the independent brokerage general
agency business as president and managing partner of INSouth
Financial Group, which was a founding member of The R. E. Lee Group, US/LP.
Mr. Heyn serves as a member of the board of directors of
The Atlanta Society of Financial Service Professionals and is a
member of the board of directors of The Link Counseling Center.
He earned his Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered
Life Underwriter degrees from The American College in Bryn Mawr,
Pennsylvania.

Eleanor
Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant and is the managing
principal of the Seattle, San Francisco and Honolulu Highland
Capital Brokerage offices.
Ms. Johnson began her insurance career with an M Group
office in 1983, where she specialized in the executive benefit
market.
In 1988, she became the Assistant General Manager of the
Seattle ManuLife Financial branch and doubled production within 18
months.
Ms. Johnson joined the Seattle R.E. Lee office as Associate
General Agent in 1991 and was named Vice President of R.E. Lee
International, Ltd. in 1997.
She is an active member of several professional
organizations and charitable planning boards, and has served as the
chair of the country’s 2nd largest estate planning
conference in October 2000.
Ms. Johnson is well known and respected in the estate
planning community and is a frequent speaker nationally and
regionally on a variety of estate and business planning topics.

Robert E. Lee

Robert
E. Lee serves as a managing principal of Highland Capital
Brokerage.
Mr. Lee entered the insurance industry in 1954 and began
his sole operation in 1960 in Seattle, Washington.
Between the years of 1964 and 1991 he formed offices
throughout California, Hawaii, Texas, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
In 1992 he played an instrumental role in forming the R. E.
Lee Group with offices throughout the United States. The combined
operations control more than $50 billion of insurance.
Mr. Lee resides in Seattle.
